Voluntary service in China, with the characteristics of development in China, college students become the main force of volunteers. Especially in recent years, along with our country economic development, increasing the number of large-scale activities held, growing scale, college students volunteer as an important part of large-scale activities, has become an important factor activity held successfully.With the further development of voluntary service, large-scale activities of volunteer management problem is increasingly outstanding. For the management of volunteers can’t consistent with ordinary staff management, because this group of volunteers has its particularity, participate in volunteers in large-scale activities are temporary recruitment, large turnout, strangers to each other, and individual quality is uneven, all these make the volunteer management is full of complexity and difficulties. According to the characteristics of volunteer to participate in large-scale activities, service in China, more than80%are composed of college student volunteers, so the study of college students volunteer service management is particularly important.In this paper, large-scale activities, for example, through to the four universities of college students, the questionnaire survey to the college students involved in volunteer service, along with the staff of the host of big events in interviews, analyzing the management status of changchun city college students volunteer service. Overall changchun college students volunteer service strong organizational management, reasonable recruitment planning, selection of fairness, college students volunteer participation enthusiasm is very high, the specialized. But in the survey also found that college students volunteer service management there are still some problems, through to the participation of volunteers, recruitment, training, daily management and incentives and other aspects of analysis, summed up a school in changchun city college students volunteer service management major problem on voluntary service propaganda is not enough, so that the students lack of the deep understanding of the volunteers, security management lack of systemic and normality, volunteers lack, less incentives for college student volunteers. According to the main problems, the author puts forward propaganda in schools, the organizers management, social value, the tripartite incentive management advice. Hopes to be helpful to improve the volunteer management, also hope that through this research, can provide large activities volunteer service management research in China with some information and useful reference.
