The Research Of College Students Volunteer To Participate In Social Affairs Governance

In recent years,volunteer work of college students is widely discussed as a hot topic.Among the volunteer organization in our country,as the largest scale and the most stable developed group,College volunteer organization gradually occupies the main force in Chinese Volunteer Service.However there are still many problems about its development.This dissertation aims to analyze the existing problems through dissecting the current situation of college volunteer students service's development.In this dissertation,students of Huzhou University are selected as the object of study,and the first-hand date is obtained through the way of field interviews to communicate with government,social organizations,school and college students.Meanwhile,,combined the methods of literature analysis and questionnaires to reach the further enrichment,which can analyze the current situation and existing problems of college students volunteer work,and analyze the reason,finally make feasible recommendations.The main contents of this paper include the following sections:The first section,introduction.This part mainly elaborates the research background and the significance of this dissertation,combs reviews of domestic and foreign research related to the work of Chinese college students volunteer service,introduces the basic circumstance of the research case,and briefly summarizes the research methods and ideas of this dissertation.At last,it puts forward to the innovations and flaws of this dissertation.The second section,clarifying the significance.This part primarily describes the role of college students volunteer service in society.From the perspective of society,education and school.It discusses the effect of volunteer service in different environment and institution.The third section,analyzing the inducement.Current situation and problems of college students' volunteers participating in the Administration of social affairs.This part through the form of questionnaires to get the database and directly point out the problem of college students volunteer service,such as the small scope of services,the small scale effectiveness and the less channel chances.Also analyze causes of this problem from individual,school,society and government these four level.Here are the main reasons:personal motivations are not strong and the enthusiasm is not high.Personal ability is not enough to take some volunteer works;The school evaluation incentive mechanisms are not perfect;school receiving tasks too hurry,and the discourage of students;Social lacks linkage mechanism,capital support,recognized security;The lack of government policy guide and so on.The forth section,giving the recommendation.The countermeasure and suggestions of improving the college students volunteer service in participating social affairs.At the level of college students,we should attach great importance to ideological and political education and strengthen the professional guidance.At the school level,we should improve the related mechanisms,strive for resources and funds,strengthen the leading demonstration of brand projects and establish the volunteer service management center.At the social level,we should create a favorable volunteer atmosphere,increase policy and financial support and expand the publicity.In addition,government should improve the relevant laws and enhance the guidance.The innovation of this dissertation lies in bringing the local undergraduate universities into the research scope,points out the related demonstration analysis of college students volunteer to participate in social affairs governance specific.and making the thesis more concrete and deepen the connotation of volunteer service.Meanwhile,it puts forward practical suggestions for the existing problems.To a certain extent,it deepens the research and have reference value to the practice.
