Abstract: In the1980s,to correct the defectof liberal democracy and to protectcitizens take political participation orderlya as a fundamental value demands,the theoryof deliberative democracy was revival. Emphasis on enhancing trust through equaldialogue between each part to resolve political conflicts, reducing conflicts of interestto ensure that the introduction of public decision-making more scientific and democratic.The pursuit values of the theory amined at restricting the expansion of publicpower,correcting public decision-making,promoting public dialogue and citizens takepolitical participation. Introducing the concept of deliberative democracy democratic inChina to accelerate and enhance government and the public trust, building a socialistharmonious society and realize the China dream. However, the practice of deliberativedemocracy is also facing challenges. Consultations with China, such as the existingdemocratic system for effective convergence, creat democratic society and culture,strengthen the building of democratic consultation system.
