From the recovery of Taiwan in1945to228incident in1947, KMTgovernment carried out a large number of recovery and reconstructionin early postwar years. Psychological construction is a very importantpart of the work. Currently, research on psychological construction is notsufficient. We should pay attention to its practical significance, KMTgovernment had hoped to reshape the national spirit with it, to promotethe reunification of the two sides on the psychology of the people.
