The Study Of The Paths To Enhance The Capacity For The Party’s Purity Under The New Circumstances

The construction of the Party’s purity is an important project during the construction ofthe Communist Party of China, which is also an important policy made by the CommunistParty of China, based on the new changes occur in the world and our national conditions aswell as the status of our Party. To study the paths to enhance the capacity for the Party’spurity is a great significance to maintain the Party’s self-purity and encourage Partymembers to pursue this ideal and to improve themselves by raising their theoreticalstandards, under the new circumstances.This paper tries to study the practice and exploration of the construction to the Party’spurity in history and the enlightenment to the paths to enhance the capacity for the Party’spurity in the new period, deeply and comprehensively, which is divided into five parts:The first part: the introduction. This part mainly introduces the theoretical significanceand practical significance of this thesis as well as the researches and situations in and out ofChina, including methods to study and difficulties of this thesis.The second part: the basic concept of the construction to the Party’s purity. This partmainly defines the purity, the Party’s purity, the construction to the Party’s purity and thepaths to enhance the capacity for the Party’s purity respectively.The third part: the practice and exploration of the construction to the Party’s purity. Inthis part, the history of the Communist Party of China is divided into three periods: theperiod of the new democratic revolution, the socialist revolution and construction period andthe new period of reform and opening up. This part describes and analyses the constructionto the Party’s purity in this three parts respectively.The fourth part: the enlightenment to the practice for the paths to enhance the capacityfor the Party′s purity, which is mainly based on the previous part. This part mainly tells thatwe must silicate the ideological construction to maintain the Party’s ideological purity; wemust be strict standards with the Party members to enhance the Party’s organizational purity;we must tighten up the relationship between the Party and the people to maintain the Party’sspiritual purity; we must govern in a scientific and democratic way in accordance with thelaw to make the Party work under the law; we must fight with the anti-corruption tomaintain the Party’s purity.The fifth part: the choices for the paths to enhance the capacity for the Party’s purity in the new period. Based above, this part is the core of this thesis, provides strategies from fiveaspects: ideology, organization, spirit, the rule of law and anti-corruption. In other words, toenhance the capacity for Party’s purity must be under the condition of the Party’s ideologicalpurity; organizational purity is a guarantee to enhance the capacity for Party’s purity;spiritual purity is a reflection to enhance the capacity for Party’s purity; to make the Partywork under the law is the systematic guarantee to enhance the capacity for Party’s purity andthe anti-corruption is a powerful measure to enhance the capacity for Party’s purity.
