The Research Of Basic Requirement And Practice Approach Of Keeping The Party’s Purity In Market Economy Conditions

It is an important content of the construction of the Communist Party of China to insist on the Party’s purity, which for the Party organizations at all levels and Party members, cadres is the party’s ideological purity, politics, organization, style and other aspects of purity. To adhere to the Party’s purity, we must adhere to the guiding ideology of the Marxism, to consciously safeguard the party’s ideals and beliefs, organization principles, organization discipline, to insist on the unity of the individual and the whole, to maintain the Party’s solidarity, and do not compromise with the various separatist forces from the Party. Market economy, which the Communist Party of China faces in the new period, is one of the four tests. One hand, characteristics and principles of the market economy, such as equality, competition, freedom, maximized interest, have brought positive influences and functions for the Party’s purity, on the other hand, these characteristics and principles have permeated into the Party’s ideological, political field, resulting in adverse influence on the Party’s purity and the implementation risk of the Party’s purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly in the socialist core values. The negative growth and spread of corruption damage the good image of the Party among the masses. It is of theoretical significance in the market economy to study the basic requirements and the practice path of the Party’s purity. Performances are as follows: to maintain the essential realistic significance of Marxism party, to consolidate the Party’s governing position, to build socialism with China characteristics, to cope with the challenges of the market economy, etc.. The negative effects of market economy on the Party’s purity include four levels: party members, cadres, party organizations, thewhole party(party members and party organization). At the seventh plenary session of the Seventeenth Session Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Hu Jintao pointed out that to maintain the Party’s purity is very urgent and necessary. We should do a good job conscientiously to maintain the Party’s purity. In the 80 anniversary of the Central Party School &2013 spring semester opening ceremony, Xi Jinping stressed that, under the condition of market economy, to maintain the Party’s purity is embodied in the thought, politics, organization and style, etc.. Practice of maintaining the Party’s purity must be along the road of the Marxism, to close ties with the masses, to adhere to the Party’s aim and spirit accomplishment in practice, to strengthen the Party’s discipline construction, to perfect the mechanism of anti-corruption and supervision within the party and to enhance the ability to maintain the Party’s purity. It is a long-term, complex systematic project to maintain the Party’s purity. This requires us thoroughly according to the requirements of strictly administering the party. Holding on unremittingly, can we be long for the power, to achieve real results.
