Study On The Long-Term Mechanism Issues Of Prison Security Management

Prison security is an important part of social stability, it’s the first condition to ensure that the criminals to be reformed in a good environment so that to adapt the social development and the social harmony,and it’s also an issues of overriding importance. With the coordination of the judicial administrative system in the current sociol-economic circumstances,to impose restrictions,to promote the innovation of management and the pilot projects,the work of prison security management has made great progress.At the same time,under the background of the judicial system reform, it still leaves much to be desired when we face to some hot issues of the prison security management.By analyzing the. present situation of prison security management, combined with related cases and their practical working experience, by discussing the current situation of Chinese main problems which existed in the management of prison security, such as the management of the prison system is not perfect, the lack of technical and material security, the work of prison security needs to be strengthened, the weak points to handle the crisis of prison, there by to improve a long-term mechanism issues of prison security management from the aspects of crisis management,including the improvement of the prison system management mechanism, including to strengthen the management of the criminals、the management of the prison police and the management of the system;the improvement of technical and material security system, strengthening the construction of the information security、the protection of technology、the facilities and the environments; the improvement of safety monitoring and controlling mechanism, including to establish a safety culture of the prison、to make accurate analysis information of the criminal、to speed up the implementation of prevention and control system; the improvement of the crisis management mechanisms,including to promote the speed of reaction、to improve the method of disposal of the accident、to enhance the ability of summarizing and recovering for the sake of enhancing the ability of the management of prison security management.
