In recent years,the "network asked administration" has become one of the important ways of ruling,some local governments network from central to local governments,domestic key news websites successively set up network asked administration,e-government weibo and led message boards and other party and government cadres and Internet communication platform,in the party and the government play a important role in "bridge" of ties with the masses.Provinces and autonomous regions across the country have gradually pushed the practice of online political inquiry into institutionalization.In 2006,the emergence of a series of influential political inquiry platforms represented by the "Leadership Message Board" on the People's Daily Online has gradually made the Internet an important communication platform for the government to reach public opinion and enter the hearts of the people.The Leadership Message Board of People's Daily is an online mass work platform specially set up by People's Daily for leading members of the central ministries and commissions and local Party committees and governments at all levels.Over the past decade,the People's Daily Online's "Leadership Message Board" has helped solve more than 1.7 million livelihood issues,becoming a powerful tool for Party and government cadres at all levels to listen to public opinion,gather wisdom of the people,respond to concerns and promote work.Local and local departments attach great importance to the "Leadership Message Board" netizens' message handling.In recent years,the Tibet autonomous region party secretary comrade ying-jie wu many times we can do good People's Daily online message to instruction,emphasize the heart always filled with people,with people's the good message,help solve the practical difficulties and problems of the masses,to ensure that both have landing,everything has a reply.On August 3,2017,the General Office of the People's Government of the Tibet Autonomous Region issued a notice--Implementation Measures for Handling Netizen Voices on People's Daily Online(Trial).Pointed out in the notice,the People's Daily online led message board is reflect public opinion in the new period,the response to the concerns of the masses,to promote problem solving online mass work platform,online message accurately and timely reply,keep good interaction with friends,is the party and government cadres practice working online mass work a new channel,to improve and strengthen the work of the government,improve the image of the government,is of great significance to promote social harmony and stability.The opening of the Tibet section of the "Leadership Message Board" on the People's Daily Online has provided a more convenient and efficient way for the Tibetan people to express their demands and suggestions,and also opened a new "fast channel" for the local Party and government officials in Tibet to understand the public opinions and relieve the worries of the people.The advantages of mass work on the Internet have become increasingly prominent.The Information Center of the General Office of the Communist Party Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region and departments at all levels have continuously improved the efficiency of the handling of netizens' comments on the People's Daily Online,thus solving a large number of urgent and anxious problems for the general public.Tibet network asked administration has achieved certain success in the implementation process,but also appeared some problems,because the government network asked administration management mode has certain limitation,plus Internet users have their own quality the good and bad are intermingled,factors such as the Internet hardware facilities distribution is not balanced,network asked administration in Tibet there is a certain gap,so the need to further improve and enhance.At present,the relevant theoretical research on Internet politics in Tibet is still in the initial stage,and the research on relevant issues is not deep and comprehensive enough.This paper selects the research on the long-term effect mechanism of online political inquiry as the core content,takes the Tibet section of the "Leader Message Board" of the People's Daily Online as an example,focuses on the problems existing in online political inquiry in Tibet,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.It is hoped that through this special study,it can play a certain reference role for the Party committee and government of Tibet Autonomous Region to establish a long-term mechanism of network political inquiry and how to better communicate with netizens in the process of network political inquiry.This paper uses the methods of data collection and comparative research to define the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of network political inquiry,and expounds the characteristics of network political inquiry.Through the combination of literature,investigation and case analysis,the development and management process of Internet political inquiry in Tibet are sorted out,relevant materials and data are collected,and the current situation,achievements and existing problems of Internet political inquiry in Tibet are analyzed.Finally,in view of the problems existing in Tibet's Internet political inquiry,put forward the Tibet Internet political inquiry has the feasibility of development suggestions and countermeasures.
