The Research On The Mechanism In The Division Of Eunuch In Tang Dynasty Dual Banking System

This paper selects the Division of Eunuch of Tang Dynasty as the research object andit explores the internal mechanism of the Division of Eunuch from the perspective ofhistory. This paper tries to analyze the internal structure of the Division of Eunuch fromthe angle of the horizontal and vertical so that we could absolutely understand thediversities of eunuchs’ responsibility and promotion of the position in this mechanism.Finally, it explores the influence to the Tang Dynasty and the official system in the fivegeneration and the Song Dynasty that the Division of Eunuch had given.The paper is composed of three parts: introduction, body and conclusion:The first part is the introduction, it introduces the range of this study, the surveyabout research of the eunuch, eunuchs’ responsibilities, the significance of this topic, andthe innovation of this paper etc..The second part is the main body, includes four chapters. The first chapter is thebackground, it makes the definition to the Division of Eunuch, and makes us generallyunderstand the reason of the formation of Division of Eunuch from the perspective of theoperation of power in the Division of Eunuch so that deepen our the comprehension ofthis system. The second chapter analysis the Division of Eunuch from the perspective ofthe subsidiary agencies in horizontal and the perspective of Division of Eunuch’sagencies in vertical. Through that, we could understand the eunuchs’ responsibility andthe structure of this agency. From horizontal angle, the paper reclassifies this agencyaccording to the nature of the change of original system of the official system, so thatmake clear that the subtle relations between subordinate official system between theresponsibilities; From vertical angle, it summaries on the vertical system of officialsystem, and lists the subordinate positions in various sectors. The third chapter discussesthe transferring of the inside of the positions in our eunuchs departments. The fourthchapter discusses the influence of the Tang Dynasty and the official system of in the fivegeneration and the Song Dynasty. In addition, this chapter discusses relationship inmaintaining the eunuch group between the division of eunuch and eunuch family.The third part is the conclusion, through the analysis of the internal mechanism of the Division of Eunuch in Tang Dynasty, I intention to make full understanding of theEunuch group in Tang Dynasty. Because of the autocratic monarchy,eunuch group couldexist. Understanding the Division of Eunuch in Tang Dynasty will help us deepenunderstanding of the autocratic monarchy, and recognize the positive role in the laterofficial system and the centralization.
