The city management administrative law enforcement is researched on both theoreticaland practical circles. Although solved the cross law enforcement and more lawenforcement issues in some fields, but the problems come one after another. Doubts tothe city management administrative law enforcement have never stopped. The author from the perspective of subject of citymanagement administrative law enforcement researches on the problem. And then the existing anglicizesproblems and causes of city administration and law enforcement were analyzed indetail. On the basis of analyzing the presentsituation I realize the problems existing in the subject of city managementadministrative law enforcement. There are four problems in it. The first one is legalstatus is not clear. The secondly is that organization is not completed. And the secondlyis that the range of organization’s right is not sure. The last one is the operationmechanism is not standard. At the same time the reason of this phenomenon is lying inthat city management comprehensive administrative law enforcement main body of therelevant laws and regulations is not comprehensive and administration according tolaw consciousness is not strong. At last the author analyses the necessity of perfecting the subject of city management comprehensive administrative law enforcement. It isthe inevitable requirement of administration according to law principles. The authorputs forward some perfecting suggestions. Thesecond one is improving the setting of comprehensive administrative law enforcementof urban management organization. The third one is establishing the subject scope ofthe subject of city management comprehensive administrative law enforcement. Thelast one is standardizing the management of running mechanism of the subject of citycomprehensive administrative law enforcement.
