Research On Change Of Chinese Social Values Since Reforms And Open-Up

Since the reform and opening up, there had huge changes in Chinese political,economic, and cultural place with the development of the socialist market economy andthe construction of socialist modernization. With the continuous development ofglobalization, different ideologies and cultures are intertwined, and collided with eachother, a series of changes in social values result in a variety of values coexist. Thisdiversity not only react in social development, but also makes people confused andcauses the crisis of moral decay, lacks of credibility and value. Therefore, the study ofChina since the reform and opening up social values change has important theoretical andpractical significance.In this paper, changes in Chinese society since the reform and opening up as thestarting point for the discussion of social values through the study of theoreticalknowledge and analysis of Chinese social values change, considering the contemporaryrealities of China’s social values attempt to construct a preliminary exploration.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part describes the basic concepts of values, and further elaborated themeaning and role of social values and social values are reflected in social life.The second part analyzes the changes in China after the reform and opening up ofsociety, and discusses the specific changes of consequent social values.The third part, in the analysis of the realities of contemporary Chinese social valuesbased on the premise of construction, further discusses the construction of the core socialvalues, basic principles and major development dimension.
