The Study On The Construction Of Learning Party Organization For College Students

College students as valuable human resources are the hope of the nationand the future of our country. College student Party members are the advancedelement among college students, and fresh activists in the Party. As a kind of basicParty Organization in the college，college student Party is an important carrier in theprocess of establishment of enhancing morality and foster talents. The constructionof college student Party is not only an important content of Party construction in thecollege, but also a driver who could promote the process of establishment ofenhancing morality and foster talents. The construction of college students’ learningparty are the inherent requirement and an effective way of the construction of collegestudent Party. So it is the realistic need to promote the construction of the leadingParty in college, the intrinsic need to strengthen the construction of college students’Party and the objective need to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors forthe cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the last ten years, with the progresses of learning society and construction oflearning organization, theoretical research and practical exploration about theconstruction of learning party also continue to advance and have achieved a numberof theoretical research and practical exploration results. However, take theconstruction of college students’ learning party as an example, although it haveaccumulated some research results, but at present in academia, it is a lack ofsystematic, comprehensive and in-depth research in the importance, necessity,scientific, feasibility, effectiveness, innovation and other aspects of constructioncollege students’learning party which is what this paper hopes to crack.Based on the exploring from multi-perspective in the connotation,characteristics and types about college students’ Party and college students’ learningParty, this thesis will have a deep research on the basis of why we need to constructcollege students’ learning Party theoretically and practically. After then this thesissummarizes and analyzes the process of the construction of college students’learning party, and through case studies to summarize and analyze the progress and problemswe meet during the construction of college students’ learning Party, finally proposescountermeasures in order to promote the construction of college students’ learningParty for the weaknesses part. This paper argues that in order to promote theconstruction of college student’ learning Party effectively, on the one hand we needto enhance their understanding constantly, on the other hand we should takeeffective measures. This thesis describes countermeasures from five aspect: first is toclear constructing objectives, including enhancing advanced,purity anddemonstration of students’ Party; second is to establish the construction concept,including the idea of educating people by Party construction, concepts aboutsystematical thinking, team learning ideas, innovative ideas and concept of lifelonglearning; third is to found perfect carriers, including enriching construction forms,optimizing plans on construction and forming creation mode; Fourth, we must graspthe construction method, including five disciplines, six methods of action, Conceptpenetration method and classification propulsion methods; The last one is to expandapproaches of the construction, including optimizing the setting of organization,deepen organizational learning, innovating organizational activities, conciseorganizational culture and advancing organizational linkage.
