The communist party is the party of the advanced class democratic nature, essentially different from those dictator organizations with personal dictatorship and noble system organizations with a few people in positions of power. Democratic Party are not necessarily Marxist political party, but the real Marxist political party’s nature should be democratic. Vigorously promote the democracy within the party, is the summary of90years’historical experience of the party, also is the fervent request of the general party members in the new period, and the masses’expectation to the ruling party. Since the party’s17th congress, the inner-party democratic construction has the spirit of reform and innovation, carried out a series of theoretical innovation, practical innovation and institutional innovation. At present, considering situation and characteristics of the development of inner-party democracy, the system innovation should be noticed.The basic task of China’s higher education is to cultivate the builders and successors of the socialist cause.
