The Study Of Creating College Students Learning-Oriented Party Branch

The Communist Party of China emphasized the significance of strengthening scientific proficiency of party building and building up a learning-oriented, service-oriented, innovative Marxist ruling party on its18th National Congress. This paper takes college students’learning-oriented party branch as the object of study and analyzes the status quo, significance and tactics of the building up of college students’learning-oriented party branch by basing on facts of current colleges’party construction so as to implement guidelines of the18th National Congress of The Communist Party of China, advance the construction of learning-oriented party and improve the scientific proficiency of colleges’party building.This paper elaborates reverent theories of learning-oriented party in the first place including Chinese traditional learning culture, connotation of learning-oriented organization, learning-oriented theories on political party, learning-oriented party theory and grassroots learning-oriented party theory, and then illustrates the connotation and features of college students’ learning-oriented party branch by basing on those theories. After that, this paper takes learning-oriented party branches in Guangxi University as an example, comprehensively investigates the current situation of the construction of college students’ learning-oriented party branch and summarizes five pressing questions. Finally, this paper put forward six tactics including forming shared vision, self-transcendent, learning style, establishing learning platform, perfecting learning mechanism and tactics of propellingThe author combines dialectical materialism with historical materialism in the process of this study. Firstly, this paper integrates the organization theory abroad with the construction of domestic college learning-oriented party. Secondly, it explains the specialty of college party building up and the present situation of learning-oriented organization by investigating. Thirdly, it proposes definite tactics of the construction of college students’ learning-oriented party.
