Organized Crime is a criminal form with extremely serious dangers, which is listed as one of the three catastrophic crimes of human society together with terrorism crime and drug crime by the United Nations. Organized crime contains antisocial characteristics and forcible methods. It is now quickly permeating and eroding the nation’s political and economic fields, and seriously threating the legal order of the entire international community.Researching on organized crime in international criminal law theory has been in the mature stage. As the same time, Chinese scholars have already achieved fruitful results, too. But, there are still lots of issues to be studied. Along with the globalization of the world and developing of the networked society, organized crime manifests some different characteristics on organizational structure, which deserve our attention. The organization of the organized crime is selected as the main object of this article, and we will analyze the new trends of the organized crime from the perspective of organizational structure.The article is mainly divided into the introduction, the body, and the ending, while the body includes five small parts.In the introduction, the author firstly describes the significance of the topic and the necessity and importance of studying the organizational structure of Organized Crime, introduced the results of researching on organized crime briefly. The first part discusses the concept of organized crime abroad and in China, and point out the inadequacies of china’s concept. The second part analyzes the evolution of organized crime from the perspective of organizational structure and existing forms, and draws a conclusion that organized crime has been going through a process of evolution, and always exists in different forms. Then the author discusses the features of organizational structure and trends in part three and part four, and finds that in order to conceal its dangers, organized criminal groups prefer to adopt the network structure. Meanwhile, the organized crime on the internet has appeared and been spreading quickly. In part five, according to the analysis above, the author puts forward some proposals to construct our legislation system on anti-organized crime and sets general standard on identifying a criminal organization.
