Social stability problem has always been the hot spot of the educational world attention. To anyresearch, the first task is to define the concept of the problem. Stability is not a pure use coercion forcepeople to follow the will of a certain class, group, but even closer to a kind of self-discipline. Stability doesnot mean absolute harmony and stability achievement can be control by force or harsh crackdown, thestability of the social status does not mean that social members agree on the existing social status, socialstability concept of education is not to force members to accepting social public order, it is also a relativelystable cognitive in the process of dynamic, realize members from the individual "I" to the goal of socialpublic.AGIL model put the social consistency as the basic starting point, with the society and the socialstability the purpose of education is consistent with the starting point, has highly fitment. AGIL theoryreveals the social system smooth running is facing four basic problems or four basic requirements:(adaptation), da gue (goal attainment) integration (integration), and dimensional mold (patternmaintenance). Among them, the "dimensional model" refers to the ability to maintain the basic model ofsystem values and keep it in the system of institutionalized. View education as a kind of maintaining socialstability system values and keep the institutionalization of the practice is belong to the category of"dimensional model", its functions include ensuring that members in the system, be positive work,maintain the stability of the system as the core value system and to provide stability of the operationmechanism of the internal management of social tensions. Among them, make sure members actively playits role in the system including mold the members’ personality, for members of the social members,strengthening of existing social agreement; Set up with the concept of stability as the main goal includeintegrated pluralistic concept, establish the social system goal, social stability; For the management ofsociety’s internal tension stability mechanism including provide social communication mechanism, theexpression mechanism, control mechanism. Therefore, in the process of social stability education for"unstable" not according to the inertia of blindly, but should adopt the dialectical and inclusive attituderationality, so that the social stability of scientific concepts can put into the system, the guidance systeminternal members set up overall situation of maintaining social stability, using powerful psychologicalcontrol to help members of society to rational, responsible behavior choice, maintain the social stability. At the same time, the AGIL method has certain limitation, that is, too much emphasis on the balance of thesociety, in violation of the existing social order with a strong sense of hostility. Lack of scientific conceptof social stability education has same opposite effect, it may hinder the development of new, influencesocial structure upgrading.
