Pursuing maximum profit is the most critical motives for company, but we have to witness thereare a lot of social problems result from such concept too. From a rational point of view, in previouscorporate philosophy, the interests of the shareholders is the most important, but the rights and interests ofother shareholders has not been maintained well, however, they are excessive responsible for mainshareholders. Based on this, we need to correct such concept based on the scientific attitude. The new"company law" promulgated in2006, that has carried on the preliminary rules on corporate socialresponsibility, but some part still not so perfect in general..this paper has carried on the detailed introduction for the concept of corporate socialresponsibility, and it also quote the scholars of different views of the concept that make research of paperhaving substance in speech; At the same time, in order to make a deeper understanding of the concept ofcorporate social responsibility, this paper introduces the related concepts and analysis, in order to makepeople better clear the difference from the corporate social responsibility; Expounds the several typicalnational situation, the concept of corporate social responsibility practice and points out that the concept ofcorporate social responsibility is the product of social and economic development, is an objective demandof social reality; In order to better adapt to the objective requirements of economic development and socialpractice, we should select the corresponding corporate social responsibility based on the specific situationof our country, and we should puts forward corresponding measures; deeply analyzing based on the currentdevelopment status of corporate social responsibility, on the basis of the development of corporate socialresponsibility on a profound exploring the causes of the above problems by analysis of existing problems.Through the above analysis, this paper argues that it is necessary to reform the China’s corporate socialresponsibility in the modern company system. To perfect our corporate social responsibility must be set outfrom a few aspects like the method of operation, the company itself, government, society, and the key toperfect is the aspects of laws and regulations.First of all, a sound legal mechanism, strengthen the relatedlegislation, perfect the existing laws and regulations, strict law enforcement; Second, perfect the internalgovernance mechanism, the internal cause inside the company is the principal contradiction, therefore, it should be strengthened and perfected; thirdly, playing the role of the government, to further implement thesocial responsibility of the company. Finally, under wide supervision of various circles of society, makingthe concept of corporate social responsibility deeply root into the hearts of the people. Only in this way, thesocial responsibility can penetrated into every aspect of society, corporate social responsibility can becarried out in each enterprise.
