Abstract:Released prisoners’social integration is an important part of building a socialist harmonious society, our country reform and key problems of stable development and relationship. At present, China’s ex convict personnelquantity every year upward trend, countries continue to increase the staffs assistance, there are still many contradictions and problems but with for this special group of the society.Remitting Prisons is an emerging criminal justice system in our country, it is the establishment of the innovation and development of the modernconcept of execution, effective to fill the gaps in our penalty execution work,as prisoners from the "prison" to "social man" to provide the "soft landing".
