The Public Force Against Domestic Violence Relief Research

Domestic violence is an important issue of global concerning and isthe protection of human rights since the20th century. United States andBritish anti-domestic violence has been a hundred years of history. Chinafrom the Fourth World Conference on Women held in1995to start torecognize the Domestic violence.Domestic violence violated thefundamental rights of family member, family members of seriousphysical and mental damage is an important factor in family relationshipsbreakdown. In recent years, China’s domestic violence has increasedgradually. Public relief is an important way to address domestic violence.Our existing public remedy is no way to form a complete system, the lincrease of domestic violence, powerless. Based on current situation ofdomestic violence, the paper on public relief by the UK, U.S., Australiato inspect the three countries, combined with the status quo of China’slegislation and practice public relief against domestic violence, theanalysis of the anti-domestic violence exist in various public relief kindsof problems and proposed the establishment of a sound system of policeintervention, multi-section cooperation, civil protection order system ofmeasures, such as marital compensation system create a system of publicrelief measures to address domestic violence.
