Home is the harbor of our existence and the safe haven when we encounter difficulties.Harmonious and orderly family relationship is the premise of stable and long-term development of social relations.But in recent years,cases of domestic violence have occurred frequently and the disharmony of family relations has seriously affected the harmonious development of social relations.In March 1st 2016,the Anti-domestic violence Law of the people's Republic of China was put into effect which put an end to the situation that it was difficult for the administrative and judical departments to intervene in in domestic violence in the past,so that the anti-domestic violence work really has a practical legal basis.At the same time,we also noticed that the implementation of the Anti-domestic violence Law has developed slowly in our country,from the promulgation of the law to the implementation of the law,there are still many theoretical and practical problems to be solved.In addition,some people are still deeply influenced by the traditional ideology and culture which brings some new difficulties to the work of anti-domestic violence.Therefore,the author specially selected Lanzhou as the key research object.According to some problems found in practice,some feasible suggestions are put forward for the problems in anti-domestic violence work in our country.First of all,according to the results of the investigation report to understand the awareness of the public on the issues related to the Anti-domestic violence Law and the reasons for choosing the corresponding relief mechanism,as well as the implementation of the Anti-domestic violence Law by all the responsible subjects.Then,it analyzes the main problems existing in the Anti-domestic violence Law and its implementation,including some problems existing in the law itself,such as the standard of domestic violence is vague and the subject scope of domestic violence is too broad.And in accordance with the relief mechanism in the specific implementation of the situation are elaborated,such as the implementation of the letter of caution system work way too conservative,resulting in its failure to play a real role,temporary asylum center conditions are not perfect;the relevant supporting measures of the system of personal security protection can not keep up with and so on.Finally,it is the significance of writing this paper,that is,the feasibility suggestions to improve the domestic violence Law and its implementation.
