On The Legislation Of The Educational Supervision System For Schools In China

Regulations on Educational Supervision issued by the state council went intoeffect on October1,2012officially. Although we have attached importance to thelegislation of educational inspection system for schools and its improvement, it hasleft much to be desired in China, which makes the educational inspection isformalized in many places. We Chinese did not make full use of the educationalinspection for schools.The thesis mainly analyzes the current situation of the educational supervisionsystem for schools and its problems in China from the point of legislation, and thengives some suggestions on how to perfect it.Chapter1define the concept of the educational supervision system for schools,through the study on the development of educational supervision system for schoolshome and abroad, the author knows that the educational supervision system forschools is changing with the progress of the society. It’s obvious that educationalsupervision system for schools varies from country to country, and there are manyfactors that make the difference, such as national culture tradition and politicalsystem.Chapter2tries to analysis of the legislation of the educational supervisionsystem for schools in China. In order to analyze the problems, the author summed upthe laws on the educational supervision system for schools, and found out that thereare some shortcomings on the legislation of the educational supervision system forschools, unclear rights and obligations, inspector training system, and inspectoravoidance system.Chapter3through comparing the difference on educational supervision systemfor schools among the UK, France and Japan, the thesis studies the significance oflearning from other countries on the legislation of educational supervision system forschools in China.Chapter4in response to these problems, this part gives some suggestions onperfecting the legislation of educational supervision system for schools in China.
