A Research On The Private Universities’ Educational Supervisor System In China

The private universities’ educational supervisor system is a creative Educationadministrative system; it is practiced by selecting China’s communist party member toprivate universities to improve the quality of the private universities, to standardizethe education behavior and maintain its correct socialism direction. The privateuniversities’ educational supervisor system has profound theoretical and realisticsignificance.The article try to start by describing several concepts that regarding to the privateuniversities’ educational supervisor system; and exploring its historical route to knowhow it from and how it be; then, stating the implementation of the private universities’educational supervisor system, pointing out some existing problems and trying toexplore the reasons; and then discussing the mature experiences of England, the USAand Japan; at last raising my ideas to perfect the private universities’ educationalsupervisor system. This article includes five parts:The first part is general overview; it contains several important concepts’definitions, the character of the private universities’ educational supervisor system,and its necessity.The second part is elaborating the historical study of the private universities’educational supervisor system, searching the develop route of it.The third part’ main point is the real results of the private universities’educational supervisor system’s implementation, the problems of implementation andthe reasons of these problems.The fourth part is describing three countries’ educational supervision system,including England, the USA and Japan; we can figure out the beneficial enlightenmentand take one long fill our short.In the last part, I based on the preceding part of the text and spare no efforts to put forward several feasible methods to perfect the private universities’ educationalsupervisor system; I expect that my efforts can make a contribution to improve theprivate universities’ educational supervisor system.
