With the development of our country economic, social conflicts intensify, thecrime rate rises,and the proportion of Prisoners’Minor-children is alsorising.Prisoners’Minor-children are new vulnerable groups,but little attention, theirrights and interests cannot be protected well. This article states that both parentsinfringe the penal sentence, or one sentence, the other party has no ability to supporttheir minor children, some of Prisoners’Minor-children can be looked after by otherguardians in addition to their parents,but other guardians have no ability to take goodcare of them,others have no place to go,as both groups of children should be bailedout. The children are subject to a heavy psychological blow, the phenomenon ofdropping out and begging occurs frequently,at the same time,the crime rate of thegroup is much higher than the same age of juvenile crime。It affects not only theirphysical and mental development but also harms the social harmony and stability,thus to help Prisoners’Minor-children becomes more and more urgent.On the basis of the oretieal research on Prisoners’Minor-children and thereseue about them,by using the way of literature and comparative analysis,the paperanalyses the Prisoners’Minor-children’s survival Present situation firstly;it analysesthe rescue present situations secondly;it explores the problems that exist in the rescuethirdly;it analyses the producing reasons of the problem that exist in the rescuefourthly;On the basis of which,the paper puts forward several suggestions about howto reseue Prisoners’Minor-children,including the government undertaking the majorresponsibility for rescue,promoting private civilian aid model, establishing a rescuecare system,improving the credibility of Non-governmental Rescue organization,andso on.
