Research On The Sustainable Development Of Inmates’Minor-Children Rescue

With the development of economy and society, social stratification increasingly become apparent, social conflicts and contradictions have been intensified, crime and a variety of criminal cases increase largely, by law criminal are arrested in jail, but their children outside the prison did not have a stable landing, these inmates’minor children may choose to be rangers, or to depend on others, as for them, lots of normal demands can not be met, and at the same time, they suffer discrimination from society, they are not wrong, but have to bear the cost of their parents’ mistakes. If inmates’ minor children, as a special group, can not get timely relief in real life, who are subject to the plight of society will likely to become a regular bomb, and repeat the mistakes of their parents, so the community launched for such relief work about the minor children of the inmates has great practical significance, I choose to study this question in order to be able to make progress in theory. In this paper, I chose the inmates’ minor children and the rescue work as research object, used the children welfare theory, governance theory, the welfare pluralism theory as the theoretical basis, took nine private Sunshine Children Village booming as a case analysis objects to describe the status quo of private aid relief work which is the main form in the rescue system, introduced the overview of Sunshine Children’s Village and major achievements, summarized the problem appeared in the process of rescue on the relief of inmates’minor children such as the problem of protection about inmates’ minor children from human rights, policy implementation far from the designated position, staff shortages, inadequate financial management system, lack of credibility, and finally combined with practical assistance, I tried to present rescue measures aimed at these problems from the government, the Children Village themselves and society three angles, to promote the sustainable development of rescue work on inmates’ minor children.
