Rural Children Rescue Mode Research

Children are the hope of the family,the future of the nation,is the future society's successor.The healthy and happy growth of the children has great importance to the economic development and national progress.Therefore,it's our obligation to create the comfortable environment for all children.However,nowadays most people emphasize the success of family and ignore the status of children,especially the children will be hurted inevitably by the family conflicts.For the current waies and orphans,the government should discover this in timely and take measures for that,but for some trouble children are not so lucky,such as child abuse,the emergence of the phenomenon of sexual abuse,these problems will be ignored because of concealment of the family.This makes us aware of the importance and urgency of rescue and protect those troubled children.In recent years,under the guidance of the government with the "small government,big society" concept,the government began to streamline administration and delegate power,instead of single government management to work with the society together.Along with our social organization development,the government gradually rely on social organizations in the field of saving children.In fact,the government purchases the social work service for children is not new,is quite common in the coastal developed areas,and achieved good achievements.Social work is a a subject which focuses on professional skills and professional values.It provides services for poor family children by the professional intervention.Practice proves that the professional social work services have higher value and significance.In this paper,the author took the implementation of "anhui Children enjoy blue sky "as an example which held in changfeng county Z township,discusses detailedly the social work professional services for children's growth and positive significance of the family.Here are the differences compare with previous other research:1,in this paper,the research object as the author's own practical experience,with the backaground of "anhui Children enjoy the blue sky",relying on government resources,we conduct research for troubling children in changfeng county Z township;From the professional Angle to analyze the problem of children,we focus on building the children assistant system with Chinese Characteristics under the background of government projects;2,using the comparison method,the social assistance system at home and abroad were reviewed,to learn the positive significance and shortage of trouble children assistance system in abroad and new China,take good measures to make suitable social relief model 3,Analyze the children status from a professional point of view.With the professional social work,skills,to provide professional services to children trouble and solve the difficulties in life and study.Further explore the social work role in the rescue troubled children,and its significance in constructing new assistance system.The healthy growing of children is the future of the nation.In this paper,through a review of the literature and to the project.This article summarizes the problems existing in the Z town of children,made vertical comparison for saving children in the traditional period,transition period,current period.Analyze save abroad children,offered proposal according to self practices.Trying to explore a suitable children assistant system under the current situation,to provide reference opinions and Suggestions for saving the children in trouble.
