An Empirical Analysis Of Internal Administrative Communication

Communication is an important category of leadership studies, is also the premise and foundation of coordination and unity of organization. Communication studies at home and abroad focus on enterprises most of all, where operational measures is more, there is no more from the administrative organization of internal and external factors as well as the obstacles of communication to analyze and solve problems, so it is easy to make the research on communication bottleneck, it is difficult to achieve better effect.
