Study On The Block Factors And Countermeasures Of Patent Industrialization In Colleges And Universities In Hunan Province

On the background of Patent industrialization status of Universities in Hunan Province, by using empirical research methods, this paper found out that there are several factors to hinder the patent industrialization in universities, such as imperfect intellectual property management system, the lack of patent supported and market-oriented research, short life of maintainance of the patents in universities,unclear mechanism about benefits distribution of patent transformation in universities, the unmatching supporting policies of patent industrialization in universities, imperfect intermediary services and etc. By drawing the experience practice of other domestic and abroad universities about patent industrialization, combining the exploration of Hunan Province in promoting the industrialization process of university patents in recent years, this paper proposed measures to break the blockade of university patent industrialization. University should raise awareness of intellectual property management, found perfect intellectual property management system, improve the quality of patent applications which is market-oriented, maintain patents scientifically,establish the mechanism of patent using and reserving, explore patent sharing mechanism to implement a-service-two-reward systems, and establish University Scientific Park, to build a intermediary platform of patent transformation.
