It was historically put forward in the 16th Congress of Representative of the Chinese Communist Party that new type of industrialization, the central of which is enhancing core competitiveness of the enterprises and realizing the integration of industrialization and infornationization, will be the direction of the economical development of our country in the future. So, we must pay attention to the intellectual property right, especially patent, in our country. If lots of patents are put into practice through the exploitation to bring money for the society, economic will be promoted as well as science.This dissertation is the main part of a research topic of Bureau of Science and Technology of Hefei, the topic of which is "Research of Effect and Mechanism of Exploitation of Patent for New Type of Industrialization". Based on the analysis of the structure, the mechanism and the working process of the system of exploitation of patent, applying the methods of theoretically analyzing and consulting to the specialists, this dissertation systemically introduces the corresponding theory and the research actuality of exploitation of patent and new type of industrialization, composes the system of factors that affect the exploitation, and uses the way of principal components analysis to study quantitatively the factors that affect the exploitation, finds the reasons that affect exploitation of patent under the circumstance of new type of industrialization in Hefei, then put forwards the corresponding solutions and advices towards the main reasons.
