Abstract:Canadian International Trade Tribunal is a special quasi-judicial organ established to solve increasing domestic international trade disputes. Although it only has a history of30years, it plays a vital a positive role in solving international trade litigation and balancing justice and efficiency of international trade litigation. Through defining the characteristics and definition of Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, clarifying the bodies and departments of Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, this paper summarizes the experiences and shortcomings of the Tribunal based on the research of the substantial and procedural system. This paper continues propose the establishment of International Trade Court by a special Act, learning the lessons from Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and combining the practical needs of China’s International Trade. It is believed that this will help solve the disputes incurred in the international trade and the perfection of China’s legislation and the establishment of judicial branch.
