The Study Of Probation System Establishment Of Juvenile Criminal Of China

In order to adjust the juvenile delinquent, prevent and reduce the juvenile crime, and keep the society’s harmony and development, it is effective to adopt probation for facing with the increasing crime problems of juveniles. However, the juvenile criminals and adult criminals are not distinguished in probation system of China. When the juvenile criminal is executed with probation, it has many of problems to take advantage of probation for realizing the educational adjustment of juvenile criminals, which include single type, unreasonably applied condition, imperfect investigation system and defectively applicable procedure. Given that the specialty and characteristic of juvenile delinquency, it is meaningful to summarize the significance and value of probation applying to juvenile criminals. The article gives suggests to establishing the probation system of juvenile criminals in China with diversifying type, specializing applicable standard, completing investigation system and procedure.
