Attaches great importance to the ideological and political education is my party’spolitical advantage and tradition. Comrade Mao Zedong led the Chinese revolutionand construction carried out fruitful ideological and political education, forming avery unique ideological and political education theory. Agrarian Revolutionary War,was formed during the Mao Zedong Thought and Political EducationTheory. Ideological Origins of Mao Zedong’s theory of ideological and politicaleducation in this period there are two main aspects, one is from the ideological andpolitical education of Marxist theory, on the other hand is derived from Chinesetraditional moral ideas. During this period, the main content of Mao’s ideological andpolitical education theory is: ideological and political education has an importantposition and role of ideological and political work is the work of the Red Army"lifeline." Mao Zedong believed that the ideological and political education mustadhere to a set of principles, namely: Stick to the guidance of Marxism, seek truthfrom facts, theory with practice, continue to maintain close ties with the masses,adhere to the ideological and political work must be subordinate to and serve theparty’s central work, etc.; Mao Zedong also proposed a series of ideological andpolitical education methods, namely the use of research, persuasion and education,advocacy, typical demonstration, criticism and self-criticism and othermethods. During this period, Mao Zedong Thought and Political Theory hasdistinctive characteristics, namely: the richness of the content, the flexibility of themethod, the language of popular resistance. Mao Zedong Thought and PoliticalTheory of the current ideological and political education has important implications,namely: the ideological and political education should always adhere to the guidingposition of Marxism, the party’s central work; should continue to strengthen andimprove the Party’s leadership over ideological and political education; to adhere tosolve ideological problems with solving practical problems.
