The development of economy and culture, promoted the change of social management mode. Over the thirty years after reform and opening-up policy, enterprise, as a major subject of market economy, obtained the rapid development and an important role in economy. Explore the method of how to effectively supervise enterprise, has always been the focus of many scholars. With the constant improvement of electronic information technology, credit supervision system model came into our vision, which has been adopted nearly a century in western countries, and many administrative department in china also carried out a series of practice.This essay started researching from the concepts and theories of credit and credit supervision, then studied on the relevant theories, basic models and operation methods of credit supervision system, grasped the domestic and foreign research results. Then studied the situation of enterprise credit supervision system in Zhejiang province, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Administration for Industry and Commerce. After that, researched enterprise credit supervision system of Zhejiang Administration for Industry and Commerce, focused on the analysis of enterprise credit information collection system, credit evaluation system and credit-using system, found.the problems and reasons of those three sub-systems buy using the method of game analysis and cost benefit analysis. And in the end, put forward reasonable suggestions to improve enterprise credit supervision system of Zhejiang Administration for Industry and Commerce.It is proved in western countries that enterprise credit supervision system is effective. However, there are some problems in Zhejiang province, such as imperfect credit system, shoddy regulatory. It can not be solved in short times, but there can be possible. Firstly, a special law is needed to protect the construction of enterprise credit supervision. Secondly, the powder from all administrative departments should be integrated to praising virtue and punishing vice. Thirdly, a good supervision team is required to manage all things that happen in the business process.
