Then we discuss the positiveand negative functions of youth subculture of internet.In the second part,we discussthe theoretical origin and the inner structure of the socialist core value, we introducethree theory originates about it and the change from the sixteen session of the sixplenary session of the Central Committee to now.In the third part, we mainly discussthe relationship between these two kinds of culture.From the discussion,we know that the youth subculture of internet has enrichedthe types of culture,it plays an important role in the dissemination of socialist corevalue.But on the other hand,it also plays a negative role in this procession.In acomplicated world,this new culture can be a sharp scenery line, it also may be culturalrubbish.From the psychological characteristics of young people, the freedom andconvenience of network is provided them a unique spiritual and emotional sustenance,However, this does not mean that they can do anything just by their feeling and ignoremoral rules. We should know that the core position of socialist core value cannot be shaken especially in the network era. On the one hand, we should enhance theattraction and appeal of the mainstream value in order to increase its efficiency.
