creators of youth subculture.Under the influence of youth subculture,young people take individuality as publicity,pursue recreational spiritual enjoyment too much,ignore social responsibility,praise the values of individualism,and gradually become estranged from the mainstream values of society.The healthy development of youth subculture has become more urgent and it is in urgent need to get the leading power of healthy development.The fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the important judgment of guiding cultural development with socialist core values,which provided policy support for the development of youth subculture.Values are the core of culture,and they have a close logical connection.In the process of the formation and development of culture,values also come into being and play a functional role in shaping culture and maintaining cultural inheritance.Based on such policy support and logical connection,it is logically
