Study On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Social Organizations Participation In Social Welfare Supply

In recent years, with the rapid development of our social economy, all sorts ofcontradictions and problems caused by huge social changes loom large. As a societylubricant, social welfare supply and demand contradiction is very intensified. In orderto further promote the society development. Expanding main body of social welfaresupply, scaling up the social welfare supply has become the hot topic of the wholesociety.In social and economic activities, all kinds of resources which are taken over bythe private sector is increasingly plentiful, the socialization and scientization level ofgovernment’s social management constantly improved. social area rapidly expanded,the social resources were shifted to social fields, which laid a foundation for the rapiddevelopment of social organizations. Gradually social organizations stepped into thefield of social welfare and become an important member of the diversified socialwelfare supply system, which effectively alleviated the pressure on social welfaresupply. Theoretical study of social organization became the focus of academicresearch. But dynamic mechanism research of social organizations participation insocial welfare supply is unsystematic, which can hardly explain dynamic principle ofsocial organizations participation in social welfare supply. It is very bad for socialorganizations to further play the role in the field of social welfare supply.This paper focused on the dynamic mechanism of social organizationsparticipation in social welfare supply. Firstly, generalized the explicit connotation andcharacteristics of social organization and social welfare, systematically combed thedomestic and foreign relevant research of social organizations participation in socialwelfare supply. Secondly, the paper systematically analysized dynamic factor,dynamic elements, dynamic function and dynamic principle of social organizationsparticipation in social welfare supply. Thirdly, on the basis of above study, domesticand foreign case is analysized. Then, relevant conclusion is drawn through thesuccessful experience of foreign social organizations participation in social welfaresupply. Fourthly, the paper analyzed theory support of social organizationsparticipation in social welfare, combined with related case study, raised the mainproblems at present stage. Finally combining with theory and case analysis, the paper provided specific policy suggestions for promoting China’s social organizationsparticipation in social welfare supply.
