Functionary crime is serious corruption, curtailing the spread of corruption becomes the keyproblem of our social development.The Fourth Plenum of the18th CPC confirms the basicstrategy of running the country under the leadership of Party is to run state affairs accordingto law, speeds up to enhance the country law-making of combat corruption, improves thepunishment and preventive corruption systems, claims updated and higher request toProcuratorial Organ about the functionary crime prevention.The organ must consider how toperform the duty better, summarize and use the experience and resources, research theexistent problem during the practice, and set up the prevention system which is not onlycomplete but also suitable with the political, social, and economic model.This leading clue of this articles is Functionary Crime Prevention of Procuratorial Organ, andthis article is divided into four parts.
