| With China’s rapid economic and social development, duty crime cases showing a high trend in all fields. Becaues of the collusion cases appear unceasingly and the masses reacting sharply to the corruption issues, the anti-corruption situation is complicated and grim. Procuratorate as the professional supervised department, it should take lead responsibility for punishing and preventing crime, fight against corruption. In recent years Procuratorate has been achieved great development in prevention of duty crime. The new mechanisms, new initiatives and new motheds which has been explored by the procuratorial organs at all levels played a role in preventing some duty crime. However, duty crime still pervade many places, so the study of duty crime’s prevention work need to be further strengthened,which will be helped to prefect the legal system of the duty crime provention, and enhance the effectiveness of the duty crime prevention work. At last, it can provide a strong guarantee for the social harmony and stability.Based on the perspective of procuratorial supervision, this thesis researches the problems of duty crime prevention in Haikou city from four aspects. Firstly, this thesis analyses the meaning of duty crime, and then expounds the goal of preventing the duty crime, the system of duty crime prevention in China and the main duty of the procuratorial organs. Secondly, this thesis reasrches from the basic situation of duty crimes which were investigated by the procuratorates of Haikou municipality, studies the characteristics and the causes of the duty crime in recent years, and overall the trend of duty crime of Haikou City. Thirdly, this thesis reseaches the current situation of the duty crime prevention by the procuratorates of Haikou city, analyses the obstacles and problems faced by the procuratorial organs in the prevention of duty crime. Finally, this thesis explores the effective way to improve the procuratorial organs for the prevention of duty crimes. |
