| Temporary copy problems in the digital network age has always been ahighly controversial issue. With the cloud era coming, new technologicaladvances also makes the problem more urgent to be solved. Internationalorganizations, countries and regions are trying to pass legislation to definethe temporary copy, despite the obvious trend that the temporary copy is inthe scope of the copy right. There is no agreement in the internationalcommunity on the issue of temporary copy, so the conflict of interestinvolving the temporary copy attracts widespread attention. In Cloud era,with the temporary copy problem becomes increasingly prominent, in orderto protect the interests of copyright holders and the public, copyright law isnecessary to regulate the problem above.This paper is divided into four parts, the first and chapters of cloudcomputing are briefly summarized, from various countries through legislationon the right of reproduction, then analyzes the concept of the right ofreproduction and the right of reproduction and replication relationship, andthen analyzes the problem of temporary reproduction, and the internationalcommunity to temporarily copy, and also the different attitudes aresummarized.
