Cloud computing is an Internet-based super-computing model, that is centrally stored in large amounts of information and processor resources PCs, mobile terminals and other devices together, work together for the users. The user at any time and any place, you can connect to the Internet terminal equipment, through cloud computing technology and the demand for all kinds of work with the use of information. Webbased and digital technology and the rise of cloud computing technology, to the creation, dissemination and use of the work provides a new way and may be changed human social production, transfer and share information to the Copyright Law has brought new challenges.In this paper, the impact on the calculation of copyright protection from the cloud to proceed through the analysis of typical cases at home and abroad, for our country in the cloud computing environment should be how to build a complete copyright protection system made recommendations accordingly.This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 is the introduction, describes the background and significance of the present study was carried out a literature review and draw up arguments. Chapter 2 defines the concept of cloud computing,describes the new features of cloud computing environments copyright. Chapter 3 of the domestic and conducted in-depth analysis of typical cases, to show the close relationship between technology and copyright changes, and to clarify the impact of the rise of cloud computing, the copyright system generated.
