Organization Culture Of Contemporary College Student Research: A Case Study Of Wuhan University Of Technology

The university is the important position to cultivate successors and builders ofthe socialist.The current has become the main land to develop party members incolleges and universities.College student party members have become importantstrength of our party. College students as builders and successors to the cause ofsocialism, shoulder the historical mission of the revitalization of the motherland,represent the nation’s future and hope. As outstanding group in the university studentparty members among college students, and continuously for our party conveyingfresh blood, promote the development of our party’s quick update. The discretion ofthe university students party member’s quality, relationship with the formation ofuniversity spirit, study style,affecting the party’s image among college students,relationship with the future of the socialist cause. Level of political thought, the partyspirit, the university student party members of organization and the strength of theideal faith will affect the future direction of our party. In the process of Chinese andwestern culture communication and combination, with the rapid development ofsociety and economy, the behavior of the contemporary college students and thethought influenced by many factors, relative to the past, more is the phenomenon ofpositive energy, but also some not harmonious phenomenon, these disharmoniousphenomenon indicates that there exist some problems in the part itself or theuniversity student party members. Therefore, colleges and universities partyorganization to organization idea education to cultivate the university student partymembers is very necessary.This paper uses literature research, investigation, study and comparative researchon the contemporary college students party members of organization to cultivatecomprehensive exploration; Through the system of party organization concernedabout cultivating summarized historical experience, and analyzed the currentuniversity student party members in colleges and universities the status and existingproblems, and then discusses strengthening measures to cultivate college students’concept of party organization.This study is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, this paper discusses the background of the selected topic and the significance, on study tocultivate college students’ party organization concept, research contents, methods andinnovation. The second part is to introduce the connotation of university studentsparty members of organization culture and importance, this paper expounds thecurrent on the necessity of organizational concepts related to cultivate the universitystudent party members. The third part analyzes the strengthening historicalexperience, to cultivate college students’ concept of party organization to learn fromthe historical experience and extension, do support for later related measures are putforward. The fourth part discuss problems and reasons existing in the currentuniversity students party members of organization. The fifth part summarizedstrengthen measures to cultivate college students’ party organization concept, in viewof the present problems in university students party members of organization putforward the corresponding countermeasures. The sixth divided into conclusion part,summarizes the specific content of this study, for the future development of collegestudent party members of organization culture was discussed.
