Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Party Spirit Cultivation Of College Student Party Members From The Perspective Of Strict Administration Of The Party

As a special group of the Communist Party of China,college student party members are an important source of party members,a fresh blood of the party,a backbone of all walks of life in China,and a new force in the cause of the party,shouldering the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Glorious mission.Therefore,the strength of party membership in college students directly affects the party's overall combat effectiveness and cohesiveness.It also affects the party's ruling status and ruling foundation and the future of China's socialist cause.However,in the face of profound and complex changes in the world,the national conditions,and the party's sentiment,due to the influence of various factors,the party members' self-cultivation of college students has weakened.This is not only not conducive to the healthy growth of college student party members,but also to the forward development of the party and state.Based on such a historical background,it is proposed to strengthen the research on party members' selfcultivation of college students in the overall view of strict governance of the party.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and case interviewing to conduct a realistic investigation on the party culture of college students,including political cultivation,theoretical cultivation,moral cultivation,and discipline.Party members are in good overall condition,but some student party members have problems with party spirit.Aiming at the main problems of the party members' self-cultivation in some students,this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the party members' self-cultivation of college students under the strict view of the party.This paper is divided into five parts for systematic research: the first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the basis of the topic selection,literature review,research ideas and methods,innovations and key issues to be solved.The second part is an overview of the theory of party spirit self-cultivation of party members and college students.It mainly expounds the basic theory of the party spirit and the party members' self-cultivation of the party members and the college students.From the theoretical connotation,content composition and characteristics of the party spirit cultivation,it expounds the connotation and extension of the party spirit cultivation and strengthens the college students under the new situation of strictly administering the party.The great significance of party members' self-cultivation.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of party members' self-cultivation in college students.This part selects seven colleges and universities in Shenyang,and conducts empirical research on the status quo of party members' self-cultivation in colleges and universities in the form of questionnaires and interviews.It expounds the four main problems in the existence of party members' selfcultivation in colleges and universities,namely,the falsification of ideals and beliefs,political cultivation.Not strong;low enthusiasm for learning,lack of theoretical cultivation;deviation of value orientation,lack of moral cultivation;weak discipline of style,insufficient role of vanguard model.The fourth part is the attribution analysis of the party members' self-cultivation of college students.Based on the dialectical materialism theory,this part analyzes the main problems of the party members' self-cultivation in colleges and universities from the three levels and three dimensions of social-college-student party members.The fifth part is the comprehensive countermeasures to strengthen the party members' self-cultivation of college students under the strict view of the party.This part focuses on the basic path of strengthening party members' self-cultivation in colleges and universities,from purifying the social environment,strengthening party culture training,enriching the content of party-based selfcultivation education,innovating party-based self-cultivation education methods,perfecting the party-based cultivation education management system,and strengthening the party members' party spirit.In terms of self-education and other aspects,it proposes a long-term mechanism to strengthen the party members' self-cultivation of college students.Through the research of this paper,the combination of party-based education and ideological and political education can be realized,the combination of the theory of party-based self-cultivation and the study of partybuilding can be realized.On the basis of improving the party spirit of college students,it provides a useful theoretical reference for the study of party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
