A Study About The Cadre Group Of Hubei-henan-anhui Soviet Area

The cadre group of Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area was a whole that was made up by the leaderships of the party, government and army under the Communist Party of China, which was active in the border region of Hubei-Henan-Anhui. They had leader-member organization relationship, common revolutionary belief and linked to each other intimately. When the soft cadres’ transformation was boycotted by local cadres, which even threatened the absolute leadership authority of the Central Bureau, the Central Bureau took the dispute of down south and the case of Xu Jishen as sally ports, tried to transform the original soviet cadres which were mainly made up of local cadres forcibly imitating the experiences of elimination of counterrevolutionaries and purges in the Soviet Union, which led to the great elimination of counterrevolutionaries in Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area. The setback of soviet cadres’ transformation was an important inducement of the great elimination of counterrevolutionaries. Even if there was no dispute of down south, the phenomenon of soviet cadres’ transformation by radical elimination of counterrevolutionaries would very likely happen in another occasion. The main mistakes of the cadres of the Central Bureau including Zhang Guotao were the magnification of elimination of counterrevolutionaries and launching the purges, which led to the conniption and political fever of grassroots cadres of workers and peasants who were lack of rationality. At last it got the elimination of counterrevolutionaries in this soviet area out of control, large quantities of soviet cadres were killed innocently in the elimination of counterrevolutionaries and purges, which made severe damages to the cadre group and revolutionary cause of Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area.From the point of the entire process of the formation, source, development and evolution of the soviet group in Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area, revolution is a belief from beginning to end. It was the common goal of revolution that made the soviet group from small to large, from weak to strong. Although the inner thought conflict and divergence which were hard to reconcile led to the great elimination of counterrevolutionaries, the original idea of elimination of counterrevolutionaries was to eliminate the counterrevolutionaries,which had a large mass base in this soviet area. They persisted in the revolutionary struggle in Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area until the Anti-Japanese War broke out, and turned to the flood of the Anti-Japanese War.
