In the theory of criminal law in our country, the criminal liability of joint crime and joint crime is more difficult, in the judicial practice difficult problem relatively. The third part is the conclusion of the case study: the case of the defendant Ji Moumou constitute the crime of harboring; in this case the defendant Ji Moumou and other defendants constitute the crime of intentional injury; in this case the defendant Ji Moumou defendant to other crime, whether it should be identified as the culprit.
