A Research On Training Problems And Countermeasures Of Party And Governmental Cadres In Local Party School

Chinese Communist Party School Work Regulations points out that, Chinese communist party school is the school which trains party members and leading cadres under Party Committee’s direct leadership, the important departments of Party Committee, the main channel to train party members and leading cadres, and the philosophy and social science research organization of Party Committee. By training and educating party members and leading cadres, the party school develops their party spirit,improves the Political Quality and raise scientific level and cultivate the ability to think and solve problems based on the standpoint, viewpoint and methodology of Marxism. It plays an important in cultivating the party’s theoretical contingents. How to keep pace with the times, to further clear the functions of the local party school and strengthen the effectiveness and pertinence of the CCP & Government cadres training, and play the functions better, which is the key point in strengthening the construction of the CCP & Government cadres.The paper does a comprehensive analysis on the current training situation of party and government cadres in the local Party school in recent 3 years. The author try to find out the current training situation, the existing problems and the reasons of the CCP & Government cadres in local party school, through Consulting the documents and materials, and investigating the 7 local party school, and doing survey about 300 trainees in the recent 3 years, in order to propose amendment to improve the scheme. The survey shows that the general training of the party school in L city is good, however, there’re still some problems, for instance, no enough chance to be trained, the low enthusiasm of the trainees, the frame-up style of study and the poor study result and so on. It is possibly caused by either the existing system or the human behaviors, characterized by the influence of the identity and the environment, lack of perfect school teaching system, and not enough Self awareness of the cadres. By analysing the cause of the problems, the author finally puts forward four suggestions on training of the local Party cadres.
