State-owned enterprises have a radical change because of the deepening reform since China’s reform and opening up policy, and the grassroots of party organization construction also in the process of continual improvement and development.As an important part of our party’s basic-level organization construction, the reinforce and improvement of the construction of grassroots party organizations has a significant meaning in state-owned enterprises. State-owned enterprise party organizations at the grassroots level construction are an indispensable part of the communist party of China at the primary level. Under the new situation, the state-owned enterprise party organizations at the grassroots level actively deepening the construction work continue to strengthen its cohesion and combat effectiveness. It has made remarkable achievements in playing a political core and improving the party’s ruling ability.
