The Research On The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Party Construction Quality Management System Application In State Owned Enterprises

The Party construction is the unique political resource for state-owned enterprises(hereinafter referred to as SOE), and it is also the key factor of scientific development for SOE. Since 2002, the quality management system of Party construction has been established and applied in SOE, it has reached remarkable results, and continue to be praised, but it has not been widely promoted and applied, it is caused by many main reasons, thus, this paper, based on quality management system content overview of the ISO9001(2008 version),to identify out the point of integration and application of the quality management system of Party construction and Party Construction in SOE, and to illustrate the successful experiences, which part of the SOE establish and apply the quality management system of Party construction in recent years. This paper analyzes the application of quality management system of Party construction in SOE, under the new situation, indicates the problems and its reasons in comprehensive promoting the quality management system of Party construction in SOE, eventually, makes some suggestions for optimizing the quality management system of Party construction in SOE, combining with some new experiences, to provide a little inspiration for the widely promotion of the quality management system of Party construction in SOE.
