Research On Improving The Organizational Strength Of Basic-level Party Organizations In State-owned Enterprises

State-owned enterprises are the backbone of the national economy and shoulder the important responsibility of leading economic development and maintaining social stability.The grassroots party organization of state-owned enterprises is the core force that leads the healthy development of state-owned enterprises.Since the past understanding of "focusing on economic construction" was not comprehensive enough,the party building of state-owned enterprises has not received enough attention for a long time,and the problem of weak and scattered grassroots party organizations is more prominent.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the party building of state-owned enterprises,and has been fully implemented from the strict administration of the party.The issue of the weak and scattered grassroots party organizations has been greatly improved.In the new era,how to improve the organizational strength of the grassroots party organizations of state-owned enterprises to cope with the increasingly complex international and domestic environment has become an important issue for enterprises in various countries to urgently study.This paper takes the organizational strength of the grassroots party organizations of state-owned enterprises as the research object,and uses the literature research method,the systematic research method and the qualitative research method.Based on the analysis of relevant literature materials and field research results,this paper analyzes the grassroots party organizations of state-owned enterprises.The connotation of force is defined.Then,starting from the basic constituent elements of the grassroots party organizations of state-owned enterprises-"party members",this paper focuses on the problems faced by the organizational strength of the grass-roots party organizations of state-owned enterprises,and then finds the path to improve the organizational strength of the grass-roots party organizations of state-owned enterprises.The first chapter of this paper discusses the basic theory of the organizational strength of the grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises.The first section defines the scope of the grassroots party organizations of state-owned enterprises,and analyzes the hierarchical structure and components of the grassroots party organizations of state-owned enterprises.The second section defines the connotation of organizational strength,the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations and the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises,and analyzes the influencing factors of the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises.The second chapter of the thesis discusses the achievements of the organizational construction of the grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises.This chapter contains two sections,covering seven aspects,and is an important conclusion drawn from summarizing the situation of party building in several state-owned enterprises.This shows that the construction of grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises has received more and more attention.The third and fourth chapters of this paper are the key chapters.The third chapter discusses and analyzes the problems faced by the organizational strength of the grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises.The fourth chapter discusses the path of the organizational strength of the grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises.The content of the fourth chapter is the corresponding solution to the problem in the third chapter.At present,there is very little research on the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises.The definition of the organizational power of grassroots party organizations in state-owned enterprises is very vague,and there is no precedent for research from the perspective of grassroots party organizations themselves.Therefore,there are three highlights and innovations in this paper.First,this paper closely combines the requirements of the Party' s 19th National Congress to“focus on improving organizational strength”and has theoretical forward-looking.Second,this paper is on the grassroots level of state-owned enterprises.The concept of party organization is clearly defined.Thirdly,this paper starts with the improvement of organizational strength from the basic component of the grassroots party organization of state-owned enterprises-"party members".
