| Today, youth crime is becoming more and more severe, not only bringing our society secure problem, but also challenging the managements of prisons. The behavior of young prisoners is h ighly relative to their structural features and mental features, however, the managements on the y oung prisoners in prisons are not expressly aim on those features, lacking humane managements. To optimize the effect of managements on the young prisoners, the officers of prisons should con sider the structural and mental features of the young prisoners during their daily managements, th en, lead the young prisoners to mental and physical health. This action will improve the order in t he prisons, accelerate the social development, and impact on the life qualities of those prisoners i n their future. In the following passages, I will present my tactics of establishing an anthropocent ric system of young prisoners managing. To support my theory, I will present my observation of t he current situation and problem of the managements of the young prisoners, and my analysis of this situation and problem, which is depending on structural and mental features, survey data, my working experience, and interrelated theory, such as humanism theory, life cycle theory, and Ma slow’s hierarchy of needs theory. |
