Study On The Intellectual Policy Of The Chinese Communist Party In Yan’an Period

Intellectual has always played a special and important role in the revolution and construction led by the Communist Party of China. As the key link of connecting the party and intellectual, intellectual policy has always been an organic part of the party’s policy system. In the glorious history chapter written by the Communist Party of China in the Yan’an period, the intellectual policy also occupied an important page:it not only changed the wrong direction of the party’s intellectual policy since the failure of the great revolution, but also achieved good results in practice. In addition, the party also vigorously developed the national education, striving to cultivate its own intellectual. But even so, the party’s intellectual policy in the Yan’an period is correct in general and contributed to the Chinese national and democratic revolution. So it has important reference value for the party to do a good intellectual job under the new times:the first thing is putting focus on tamping the epistemological foundation for the party’s intellectual policy;the second thing is cultivating intellectual, strengthening the talent team for socialist construction;the third thing is improving and perfecting the employing mechanism, fully mobilizing intellectual’ senthusiasm and creativeness;the forth thing is to seize the key,focusing on several types of intellectual work.
