The rapid development of network technology led to the rapid growth of the Internet economy, and gave birth to online shopping, which was a new form of transaction, changing the way we shop. From the consumer’s perspective, online shopping has high efficiency, low cost and convenience. However, due to non-face-to-face transaction in the online shopping, it is difficult to protect the consumer’s right during the transaction. There are many issues need to solve in the online shopping, for example, customers rights to know are hard to keep, the privacy rights are easily violated, it’s hard to return or change staff, claims are difficult to achieve in online shopping, those all restrict the development of online shopping. The new "Consumer Protection Act" increased "Seven-days No-reason," return of the consumer "regret" clause. From the legislative and content aspects, in some extent, this provision indeed protects the interests of consumers from the damage of some unscrupulous businessmen, and play a positive role on product return in the network transactions. Thus the clause has gained heavily support from customers since it was introduced. But there are some problems which cannot be avoided during the year of "regret" clause’s implement. In addition, how to put the legal clause in practice normatively has become the essential step to improve "regret right".This paper first introduces the research background and purpose, and then, focus on the cases of safeguarding "regret rights", using prospectives of different participators. We follow the main line of asking questions, analyze and solve problem, to analyze and explore the key problems of "Seven-days No-reason" return clause when putting into practice. Then, we give some suggestions to solve the problems those exist in the case, like problems about the date of returns, confirmation of responsibility and freight, malignant behavior of participators during transaction, so that to help reach its purpose of regulating the online market to be conductive to the economic development.
